AmeriRes collects personal information when you register with AmeriRes or with any property that is listed on AmeriRes, when you use AmeriRes products or services, when you visit pages on AmeriRes or the pages of properties or suppliers, and when you subscribe to our periodic newsletter.
When you register we ask for information such as your name, e-mail address, postal address, zip code, occupation title, company name, personal preference, and credit card information. AmeriRes automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, AmeriRes cookie information, and the page and page trail that you request.
Your information is used to customize the page content that you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients. Your credit card information and personal information along with your phone number, fax number and e-mail address are supplied to the hotels, suppliers and other partners you're dealing with. If you're a property owner, your property information is furnished to the guests and/or hotel suppliers.
AmeriRes may use your e-mail address, phone number and/or fax number to communicate directly with you. It is our personal pledge that your information will not be leased or sold to any third party and will not be directly distributed to any other third party besides our partners that you're dealing with. AmeriRes does not have direct control over your information after it is passed onto the partners (hotels, motels, resorts etc) that you're dealing with and therefore, this privacy policy only applies to your information while in our possession before passing it onto the partners that you're dealing with.
If AmeriRes is merged with other companies or is sold to any other company, your information will be transferred to the new company and your information will be subject to the privacy policy of the acquiring or merging company. If we make significant changes to this policy, we'll notify you of such change via the e-mail address you leave on our file. Minor changes will be reflected on this page as they are applied.
